Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

Small boutique style feel with super friendly and accommodating staff! we arrived really early (around 09:30am) and they still have us the room at that time which was a huge relief as we had been travelling from 4am, were exhausted and needed to freshen up. We were nervous that a room would only be available at 3pm like most hotels… we were happily surprised!
