Complimentary tea, coffee, and milk was so nice + the added option of wine was great. So close to Mudbrick and Cable Bay wineries.
The room is nicely set up for maximum efficiency, comfortable bed, and I really loved the whole aesthetic of the place.

The hosts, Bruce and Jules, were very welcoming and friendly. They were always available to help and answered any questions we had. Great service. Room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Very good view and good location. Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay at Waiheke.

The property said it was in Oneroa, but was actually a few kms out of town. Bus was convenient though.
Fenice and the Waiheke Grocer we’re both fabulous. Got a bargain at the Recycle Boutique. Cyclone prevented beach time, but had a lovely massage come to us (Inner Spring). Even in bad weather Waiheke was fun and beautiful

Charming small main town on Waiheke Island. V good bus service and is served by 2 ferry likes to Auckland.
There are several excellent restaurants and many wonderful wineries on the island, which we recommend.
The locals are friendly and helpful. We have stayed in Oneroa several times and always look forward to returning. It is not a cheap destination.

Great place to visit, lots to do & see.
Great place to visit, lots to do & see. Earlier in the week a number of places closed due to Covid as they can't get the staff. Closer to the weekend more places open. Enjoyed lots of Cellar Door tastings & took lots of wine home to stock our cellar.

nice village, bigger than I had realised from internet/brochures. 1st time visit.
Variety of shops - food & clothes & souvenirs, Not just for tourists but locals too.
easy to get about on foot. very near beach & sea.
Plenty nice restaurants - good variety of food choices.
nearby wineries i did not get to.
There was so much to like! Located within easy walking distance of Oneroa Village and beach, we really appreciated the privacy and tranquillity of this lovely garden setting. It was wonderful to wake up to kereru, tuis and fantails every morning and sit outside in our private patio area enjoying a glass of bubbly in the evening. The clean, modern, sunny studio was perfect for our needs and our host, Karen, was incredibly welcoming with great local knowledge. Her thoughtful touches made our 25th Wedding Anniversary getaway extra special.
Oneroa Secret Garden Apartments are in an excellent location for those who arrive on the island without a car. It's a reasonably easy 20 minute walk from the Fullers ferry terminal, a 10 minute walk into Oneroa's shops and restaurants; Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards are even closer and there's a bus stop nearby to access attractions further afield. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and we couldn't want for anything. Josie and Wayne, the lovely hosts, are so accommodating.
It is an attached room with private entrance. Owners live next door. It is a quiet location, but still close to the Ferry, Oneroa Beach, bus stops and easy acess to all Waiheke Island and wineries. Heidi is a great host and gave a lot of helpful information. Room has an improvised kitchenette area, big and clean bathroom. If bed were larger and more confortable it would make it perfect ;)
Clean. Wifi worked well. Overall good price for a weekend in Waiheke.
My wife and I spent six nights at Cable Bay Views.
This was our sixth time holidaying on Waiheke Island and one of our best primarily due to the accomodation.
Very clean and tidy unit with great facilities, even matching wine and champagne glasses!!!
Fantastic location, nice views of the vineyards, plenty of birdlife and a couple of cute rabbits.
Within walking distance to Oneora township and beach, Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyards.
We had a lovely time at the lodge - we stayed over the Christmas holiday and were treated like family by Andy and Pip. The ability to borrow a car or e-bikes as well as have a great backyard to hang out in made it an easy place to relax and enjoy our downtime between beaches and wineries. The breakfast and honor bar were a really nice touch.
The location was excellent an easy walk to the beach or even into Oneroa. There was a great view of the sea from the front of the property and a lovely veranda to have breakfast. The facilities in the house were excellent from a gigantic fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We really loved our time in this property.
Exactly as shown on the pictures. The bed rooms are very spacious. All Sheets and Pillows are comfortable with everything you needed from a normal 5 start hotels. The main bath room is very spacious too with plenty of towels :) Super Clean and I like the interior home décor
It was beautifully kept and the room was spacious and comfortable. The host was kind and she always had a nice word to say. The breakfast was amazing, home made muffins were some of the best I’ve had. Close to town and the beach was also close and beautiful!
Annie n stu very friendly and welcoming. Went the extra mile for us as our wedding anniversary and very wet weather. Loved Annie's museli. We enjoyed the walks to little oneroa and oneroa village for coffee. Lovely location and nice view to the backyard.
The location was great. Close to Oneroa village which was handy to go out for dinner and easy to travel to surrounding wineries. Also a quick walk to the beach which was nice. I also liked how you could make your own food if needed.
Really comfortable common spaces. Great, well-stocked kitchen and convenient location. Loved the covered deck area - perfect while it was raining and a beautiful view over the bay.
Beautiful setting, convenient to town and wineries if you are willing to walk. the accommodations are first rate. we wish we had stayed longer than our two nights.
Location was fantastic just across from little Oneroa beach and a 5 min walk to Oneroa village. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
Great facilities to sit and relax, cooked for ourselves in the mornings and it had everything we needed
Short walk to Oneroa village for morning coffee
